Love ItLove It

Go where you feel most alive

I ventured out to Soldier Field (home of our Chicago Bears) for a hiring event for this summer & fall concert and sport events. And during my journey to the stadium I could not help myself but to take pictures along my route to share with you all. I always love being downtown because it is a breath of fresh air compared to my normal ventures within my neighborhood or ventures to work, so I gravitate towards any opportunity I get to be downtown. And the fact that I come from a smaller town than Chicago, everything I do in a much larger city like this is an adventure, even if I have seen it already.

  1. if you ever decide that you have to escape
and you travel the world but you can’t find the place
well if you wind up believing that paradise
is nothing more than a feeling that goes on in your mind…

  2. Lovely photos you feel about Chicago like I did about my hometown NYC when I lived there. I believe I crisscrossed that city a million times at least and always found something to marvel at.

    • And here I’am to help refresh you memory : ) The event went well! I accepted it even though it is seasonal. I have also had an interview at UPS just recently. I will be doing a walk through of the site this upcoming week, but I’am pretty much going to accept it because there are benefits even as part-time, plus it is easy train access to the location and the work hours coincide with school, and my current two jobs. I’am planning to leave one of those jobs because it is a pain on my car driving outside of Chicago every weekend. I am on the verge of putting in my resignation at the job.
