This Clydesdale horse is at Ambury Farm Regional Park. I was searching for Nature Tuesday and found this handsome horse.
There are 2 clydesdale horses at this place and they are great company for each other.
It is about 15 minutes from where I live

Those horses are magnificent and so strong. Here in Canada they were used to plow the fields in the old days and now they are mostly used for hey rides or snow gliding rides. I love horses, but unfortunately I am deadly allergic to their dander and cannot and dare not approach them as I break out in a huge rash….
Sorry about the allergy, and yes Clydesdales were used for horse and cart and ploughing fields here or bearing loads.
These horses are gorgeous. I always liked seeing them in the Budweiser beer commercials. 🙂
