Santa’s Cozy, Chilling Place

It’s said there are troubles even in paradise. No wonder North Pole have its ups and downs, too. A big fight occurred between Mr. and Mrs. Clause. Rumors are that somebody (we’ll not tell who), gained some extra, extra weight due to cookies and milk, late at night and the other somebody (again, we never gossip) was so mad about that unhealthy habit and decide to teach the chubby somebody a lesson, by selling his favorite armchair. A person, who heard from a person, who knows a person, told me this story, exactly:

“Originally, this armchair belonged to Santa himself, but due to his weight increasing, he can’t fit in anymore. So, Mrs Claus decided to throw it away. It made Santa sell her favorite coffee table, just out of spite. And slippers, too. Now we had to make new furniture for their warm cabin, just to keep them in peace and love. ;)”

#2 Take The Last Glance…

You're aware that it's not a fairy tale, aren't you? Good, for I'm not a storyteller, but a craftsman. So, cheer up, there's nothing bad with your favorite couple. That introduction story is here to draw your attention, so I could tell you how I made the furniture.

#3 The Perfect Place

It seems like all you need is a book and enormous mug of coffee, for the perfect moment in life. Wrong! There's no way for anyone to fit the furniture. Or, slippers. That's because the armchair is made of thick cardboard, newspaper, paper towel, some fabric and toy stuffing and the cushion (7cmX5cm) is made of fabric scrap and stuffed with toy stuffing. Those are for toys, only, because the armchair is:17.5cm in height, 12.2cm in width and 9.8cm in depth of seat 😀
