Here are three delicious and easy-to-make muffin recipes that require less than 6 ingredients. However, you can add some condiments to make them even more delicious, but even these 5-6 ingredients would be enough to prepare these yummy muffins.
Two of the recipes are vegan-friendly and one is suitable for a paleo diet. If you don’t follow any particular diet, you can make these muffins by using regular dairy milk.
All of the recipes contain bananas. I recommend using ripe bananas – this way you won’t need any additional sweetener.

#1 Flourless Banana Chocolate Muffins
Here’s a delicious gluten-free and paleo-friendly banana chocolate muffin recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4-5 tablespoons of tahini (or another nut butter of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate – optional
- Sweetener of your choice – optional
- Chopped hazelnuts – optional

#3 Peanut Butter Banana And Chocolate Chip Muffins
These vegan muffins contain all of my favorite things: chocolate, bananas, peanut butter and coconut milk!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of flour (I used even parts rice flour and oat flour)
- 1 – 1 ½ bananas (depending on their size)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup of coconut milk (or other milk of your choice
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- Some chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- Sweetener of your choice – optional
