The Day Before You Came was a great Abba Hit, so, while us boomers are moving on at a rapid pace there is still some time to visit musical memories from yesterday. The day ABBA won the Euro-vision talent competition, no one had heard of them… And quite honestly, if it wasn’t for Australia, they very likely would never have enjoyed the MEGA stardom that they had.
Their singing success is legendary, even by today’s standards. At one time, they were Swedens number one export commodity beating even Volvo cars, bringing in millions in foreign exchange.
For your listening pleasure, and mine listen to sweet Agneta sing this incredible hit song. CLICK HERE

I love their songs today. I grew up with their music.
Always loved ABBA music, they were very good……
This group marked my childhood, and my youth. I always love to hear their songs.
Some time even red dress doesn’t suit a person
I still listen to ABBA to this day. Also, I love the song whose title is the same as yours ‘The Lady in Red’ by Chris de Burgh.
I just knew someone wanted to hear Lady in Red by Chris De Burgh I love that song too! But while looking for it I saw Agnetha looking so young and pretty, I could not resist placing her song here, sorry about the link in the text not working.
Hahaha…I see. Don’t worry about it. Since you provided her name, I can check her video on YouTube.
They came in my life when I was much younger. I still love them.
Oh gosh! Same here! Thank you for listening and commenting.
We were newly married and were in the process of adjusting to each other. And this song takes me back to that era.
ABBA has great music and songs and they will always be listened to. Andre, it is something I also discovered when you post you can click on the black piece that looks like a video camera and put in the link to a YouTube music video and it will show up on your post. The best way I can explain this now.
Thank you, of course, you are right, I knew but forgot dear friend, will do it next time. Thank you for listening and assisting.
Dancing Queen was a favorite as well as others.
