Today, the image is of the front foyer of our house. In that, an arranged Dicken’s Village. A Christmas Carol is my favorite Christmas story. Filled with happy and sad, but a poignant at reminder that Christmas isn’t about what you get, but what and how you give.
The village has been out and at our house for many years. We store it in the “off” season in the attic with the rest of the holiday gear. There was a time when we featured it on top of the TV, but TV’s are not as wide now as they were then.
Another day, another picture.
I always forget to add, anyone can join the challenge. The rules are all over Virily. Just add the hashtag and make sure the picture is less than 7 days old!
Cute! But I have to admit the chest drawer caught my eyes too
I love the photo a lot. You must be proud of this tradition
A beautiful touch before Christmas, Couch!
Wow! Nice post! Thank you for sharing!
What a great Christmas tradition, I love this village.
I love these old Christmas Villages. We used to have the ones that had the light behind the windows. A living Thomas Kinkade painting.
These light, but we’ve never really lit them, or least not in years. We used to spend two days after Thanksgiving to decorate our house. We don’t anymore.
I thought they looked like the kind that light, but I wasnt sure. Time to start decorating again there Doc!
So amazing Christmas mini-village!!! Million thanks for this positive!!! All my Christmas wishes to you are here – https://virily.com/item/christmas-decor-devoted-mans-best-friend/
