The first post I made on Virily (Data is the new Orange) was one that now has 300 views, but it took four years to get there. Many posts now scan 300 views. I will say that if someone tells you they have 300 member views of a job, let me know. I don’t think we have 300 active members I am not sure we even had 50 active members right now.
I know that it is hard right now for everyone. I won’t fill you with platitudes (when the going gets tough, the tough get going). I will say that there is a path forward. I sent the post to the admins talking about our desire to have clarification on the Verified user or valued Viriilian role. I do not believe, however, that we should wait. The time to move forward is now.
No one can ever make you give up your dreams! Your dreams belong to you! Thank you again to everyone that reads, votes, upvotes, comment sand shares. If you do them, all you are my hero!

It is 9 days since I submitted an article to Virily. I send them a message every morning to remind them to publish this article. I have sent the article again. This does not make any sense. 9 DAYS
i agree they seem to be working on platform issues (polls are working again) rather than getting new content out on the site.
I will resend my message to them asking again for quicker turnaround.
Thanks a lot. I send them a message every morning to remind them I have pending articles. It has never taken so long. 10 Days!!!! They have not even converted the articles into drafts. This is really strange. They do not answer my messages. I will wait but this does not make any sense.

that is the powerful message that both sides need to understand we are the content engine, the admin team is the sharing engine. We don’t work without the other!
It is always better to err on the positive side! Why expect negativity? We can do much better than that!

You are very welcome! I hate to see people live the negative life. I’m sure you know someone who is doing this. Everything is wrong and they complain constantly but never do anything about a change to make things better!

The twins get mad at me when I talk about the number of just out of college students that apply for CEO jobs as their first job.
It makes me nervous in the short run.
Very few are that lucky to start at the top. Got to lower your expectations just a tad bit, dad!!
They get that now, but the first time it was a pitched battle for a couple of days. Their final response was, ok we understand that sometimes you have to know what you don’t know!
Very well said and I always live by sheer determination and positivity and it has helped me greatly. I went through this short period of anxiety and knew how to deal with it on my own and now at last I feel like myself again.

I would say that a dream is an inner push towards achieving something, that is a seed in you right now, a dream seed, but to plant it out in the world, and to watch it grow into fruition, is another whole story of life altogether.
Nothing is so shiny as a dream, with its golden mirrors intact,
Outside, many a mirror might not shine our dream back to us, as our inner dreams do, but if we keep going, after a while, they will become closer and closer together, our inner and outer dreams.
