Corralejo Sand Dunes Natural Park is located in the Corralejo region. It is an extensive park with many sand dunes, stretching from Puerto Remedio to the beaches of La Salina. A distinguishing feature among the ever-expanding white dunes – Los Apartaderos and the Roja Mountains. The park preserves various endangered species of fauna – birds, reptiles, and invertebrates. Near the part, there is a public transport bus stop. Also, I advise taking plenty of water if you want to visit the park.
What surprised me most about Fuerteventura?It was surprising that there are so many volcanoes and how much nature is different in the ocean and in the middle of the island because the middle of the island is just desert.
