  1. I missed two according to your answers 11 and 8. We’ve already discussed #8 to death, so that wasn’t really wrong. On #11, according to Webster’s New World Dictionary, both are correct, so no answer should have been marked wrong. So I really got a perfect score if the answers had been correctly set up.

    When I realized what a past participle is, I was able to answer almost all correctly….

  3. 12/13. I would also query question 8, because the meaning of “saw” here must be “to use a saw”. The answer “saw” would only be right if the verb given was “see”.

  4. 12/13 but actually #8 is wrong: “sawn” is the correct answer. Additionally, #5 is not clear-cut: “It is proven” is common, but “I have proven” is not; you will more frequently meet, “I have proved”, and it is not incorrect.
