My first quiz ever was about Italian cuisine, I made it over a year ago.
Here it is in case you missed it.
I was asked to make another. It took me a while, I know.
It is second twice, as it’s the second of its kind, but it’s also second when it comes to speed: it has one more question compared to the first quiz. However, it has less options for each question.
This time I focused on regions to come up with questions.
We have 20 regions, each with its unique culture, language* and cuisine. By the way, I come from Piedmont (aka Piemonte), in the north of the country, and I don’t speak any local language*.
I say language because what most people call dialects are officially recognized as languages, but young generations usually can’t speak any language besides the national one, Italian.
It’s now time to improve your previous score, or make it worse. We’ll see.

I got 4 out of 8 right! This quiz was fun! I took it even though I knew I would be horrible! Out of the 4 that I got right, I guessed 2! The only reason I knew the answers to the other 2 was because I learned one answer watching an Italian cooking show and the other answer when I was looking for gourmet food products.

Chicken is an uncommon topping but it looks quite delicious and acceptable!
Chicken tandoori pizza is a bona fide attempt at fusion, which distinguishes it from plonking on a few chunks of tinned pineapple, I guess 🙂
