Quiz: Knowing Culinary Herbs

A lot of people cook with herbs. A lot more people want to know how to cook with herbs and understand that foods taste better when herbs are used. 1. Great idea for a quiz, Rex. I got 10/10, though I sometimes confuse flat parsley and coriander, since we usually only see curly parsley here. Mind you, the confusion lasts only until I give the leaf a gentle squeeze 🙂

    • I can understand that. We like growing both kinds of parsley, just because I like cooking with flat-leafed parsley. Our son-in-law is Guatemalan and he loves coriander but isn’t crazy about parsley. lol
