Are You Eating Enough Vegetables?

Some are stinky (think broccoli),  some are slimy (that would be okra), but vegetables aren’t all oddity and enmity.  As a matter of fact, they such good friends we absolutely can’t live without them.

Maybe you like them raw or roasted. Perhaps grilled or boiled is your preference. The good thing is that how you eat them isn’t as nearly as important as gobbling them up.

  1. 7 out of 10…my green consumption is not enough and I know I should change my eating habit but you know if veg taste like bacon then it will not be a problem at all. I love brocolli but okra I chew it a bit then swallow coz I know my body needs it ?
