Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest to name a few are some of social media sites that are reigning on the Internet. Facebook leads the perk followed by Twitter. Google + was discontinued as it didn’t break as expected.
Looking back, MySpace used to lead as one of the most preferred social media sites. It is currently restricted in US when I remembered it a couple of months ago, and searched whether it still exists.
What was your favourite social media sites before the existence of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest? Or when these sites were still in their milking stage?
And, oh, has anyone ever came across or joined another favourite media social site back then, Hi5?

twitter or facebook, but it depends on what I am sharing!
They’re good platforms in sharing posts.
i find some posts do better on twitter and some on facebook.
OVerall i know certain pictures will get my facebook crowd to share and read.
I’ve never heard of Hi5, but I do use Facebook and Instragram. I wonder if people still use MySpace?
Hi5 was a popular social media site, it’s headquarters in US. I only use Facebook.
MySpace is still in use the last time I checked but it’s restricted in US.
I like Instagram. It is the only app I use on my mobile phone.

I see…Being so engaged in social media sites isn’t good. I only have Facebook and I use it too rarely.
I also have a feeling that I spend too much time at the computer … it will be necessary to change habits
Yes, changes at times is necessary. I’m making strides in not being so much consumed by computers and smartphones.
I have been on Facebook the longest, then Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, and Linkedin. I mostly use them now to post my blogs and other writings,
As a writer, they serve as good platform to post blogs. I have never been on Tumblr and Pinterest. I joined and was banned from Twitter within one month. I don’t know why.
A good place where you can post links to the things you submit online is MINDS known as the leading alternative social network. When I finish blogging I take my links and just pop them into MINDS.

I never hear of Hi5, Intro. I didn’t know ny social media sites before I joined Facebook 11 years ago. But my favourite was Tsu until it closed a few years ago. It has now relaunched, but is phone-only, which I find tiresome and difficult.
I can’t believe it’s active. I had to check it. It was launched in 2004. I have never heard of Tsu. I can understand assessing the app on phone only can be frustrating. Even Hi5 is only accessible through smartphone.
I am very little on social media. So it’s hard to say which one is my favorite.
