I am very emotional today and I can’t put my finger on it. We are heading to the fair later and I am not looking forward to it. I know it’s important and I will go, still I feel uneasy. Maybe it’s just leaving Bro alone – who knows?


1. Put on a smile and make memories with the grandsons (good memories ~ reminder to self)

2. Tell Bro I love  him and why before I leave the house – every time I leave the house (different reasons every time)

3. Show gratitude at every opportunity. I know it is there and I have forgotten to always search for it.

4. When in doubt, choose to smile.

5. Trust that I am never truly alone

    There are days I just wake up feeling nasty!
    1 and 4 should make you feel better!
    I believe you can achieve them!

  2. I have my up and down days too. Some days I get up and I just know it will be an emotional day because for some reason I feel like crying and then there are days that I can just throw myself into my work and everything is OK

  3. You are a strong person, or you wouldn’t be able to share your feelings. Sharing feelings takes inner strength. Some people bottle everything up, but you don’t, Helping others can help you feel a great sense of purpose. Don’t doubt yourself!
