I am very emotional today and I can’t put my finger on it. We are heading to the fair later and I am not looking forward to it. I know it’s important and I will go, still I feel uneasy. Maybe it’s just leaving Bro alone – who knows?
Today!
1. Put on a smile and make memories with the grandsons (good memories ~ reminder to self)
2. Tell Bro I love him and why before I leave the house – every time I leave the house (different reasons every time)
3. Show gratitude at every opportunity. I know it is there and I have forgotten to always search for it.
4. When in doubt, choose to smile.
5. Trust that I am never truly alone

I have my up and down days too. Some days I get up and I just know it will be an emotional day because for some reason I feel like crying and then there are days that I can just throw myself into my work and everything is OK
