This guitar belongs to my youngest daughter who bought it about eleven years ago. At that time she was eager to learn to play the guitar because she saw many of her cousins good in playing the guitar. Unfortunately, she was not diligent enough, besides she also still wanted something else to play. Well, you know how children behave. So then this guitar is idle without ever played by anyone until now.
This afternoon, a nephew sees this guitar and tries to play it, unfortunately, the string is incomplete, and the sound is no longer aligned and difficult to tune. My niece even refused when my daughter gave that guitar to him with the excuse that she already has two guitars.
I think, just like a guitar, we as human beings also need to always tuned in order to always be in tune. Without alignment, our various appearances, whether awareness, thought, vitality, attitude, behavior, and words can become discordant, weak, and even can destruct the atmosphere. If that happens, maybe most people think to better stay away or keep a distance from us.

I can’t play any instrument and it hurts people when I try
I think you are so reliable to play yourself as an instrument and I see it always works well by always getting compliments!
Well spoken, good sir! My mind is my instrument…
My self-tune don’t last long enough … so never knew what it can do… I usually choose to “remove” myself to avoid affecting others…
but there are times I re-adjust myself to win/solve a puzzle in game lol
It’s fun to know the different ways people tuning themselves, including your way, my friend.
For me, I get out in nature, away from everything and everyone, except of course for my furry buddies that hike along with me. I do this at least once a week, its a me day.. : )
Hmmm… That’s a great way to be in tune, Kim.
I think it works! I sure have fun, and look forward to my days off!
nice post thank you very much
Thank you for thye compliment, Snezana
My daughter Stacy loves to play her guitar. Shee does not know how to tune it, but she loves it all the same. Great post
I was jealous of Stacy because she can play guitar while I did not have time to learn to play the guitar because I wanted too much in my teenage years! lol
I describe my self-tuneup as taking a break from everything and everyone. Clear my mind. Deep breathing. Meditation. I do this on a regular basis, and whenever I feel I need it. I have learned over the years this is something important for our well being and a must for our minds. The key is to find what works best for us. It is a personal choice. Good to see you my friend.
You are aligning yourself very well, Carol. Take a rest aligns our physical and mental while meditation aligns our mental and spiritual! I’ve taken a break full day yesterday and just done my daily meditations before visiting you, coz…
Hey… I’m so glad to meet you too, my friend.
I need to do this more often. Glad to hear you are relaxing.
Well, I have to do it because even tomorrow on Sunday, I still need a lot of energy to support and contribute in many family events (as we are in Indonesia, in general, we are still helping each other families in our lineage, both from my wife’s family, and my own home family up to some ancestral level above us) and Monday and so on for matters of work.
