I did publish a Virily article recently in which I gave 25 tips to live longer. One of them was about adding turmeric. Today I will reveal a turmeric tonic that will change your life.
Turmeric is very positive for your health. It reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s, cancer and liver disease. Similarly, it improves brain and liver function. Turmeric is a great idea to improve your health.
You only need a cup of warm water, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger pulp. Finally, add honey and stir well.
I was afraid of the taste as this tonic contains vinegar, yet ginger and honey make this tonic to be delicious.
Try this tonic every morning in order to have better health!!!

Tumeric is great in small doses but it can also give you renal failure,,,

This tonic works. The only thing is that my husband won’t use the apple cider vinegar. But I’m OK with ACV.

Black pepper makes the turmeric to be more effective.
I usually add a shot of Tobasco, but will add black pepper this time as welL!!!
Turmeric is a condiment we use in our daily cooking. Turmeric grows in our garden and we make our own turmeric powder.
Prior to writing this article, I had never heard of turmeric and now I love it. Good to know you are making your own turmeric powder
I have ACV everyday, I consume a lot of turmeric in my food, pepper is used in all our cooking, well I guess i have the recipe to health. 🙂
