Books are knowledge and knowledge is power. Books are quite pricey especially those imported books, thus I like to read second-hand books as long as it can be read. Do you only go for new books or the second-hand books are fine for you too?

I rarely buy books lately, I usually go to the library or read electronic books.
I also received a lot of books from my relatives who gave me their old books.
I’m a retired online used and new bookseller, and I still have a houseful of both and read both.
Me too, a houseful of books, need to clear some soon. 😛
At one time I used to buy all best sellers.Now I borrow books from library.

Once i went to a community book fair that was all about second-hand books.
How did I get my second-hand books? I used to go to our public libraries and dig through the books they threw away!
When would the library throw away their books?
Many public libraries in the USA toss out old books in the trash. The librarian told me they simply have to make space for new books. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. Those old books were like treasure to me.

I love to read books, but definitely to the bookstore if I need them, meanwhile, selling is my biggest weakness.

I do read a lot of books. Generally, I buy 2nd hand books. But sometimes if there’s a book out I really want to read I’ll buy new. I’ve always got a book or two on the go!
