Just lost an entire post! So… here I go again.
Sharing my Rose of Sharon blooms with you. I posted recently about the buds. And today they are blooming. The bees have found the pollen and the butterflies will be here soon. If you look closely you can see a bee in the bloom to the right.
Here is a link in case you missed my post from two days ago…Little Things
Have a great weekend everyone. Don’t forget to enjoy the little things in life.

Beautiful flower… I like it.
Thank you very much Gil. Good to see you.
Lovely photo…. great flower
Appreciate you Pam. These are another favorite.
I saw the first wild honey bee of the season yesterday, but we do have gobs of red-tailed bumble bees.
This was a big bumble bee. I would love to be a bee keeper and raise honey!
I love this flower from your garden. I have this type of flower in my garden as well.
Thanks, it is another of my favorites as well. You have the rose of sharon? Cool.
Beautiful flower, thank you for sharing.
Thank you Branka very much.
Lovely flowers thank dear.
Thank you Hina very much.
Wonderful!
Always curious how they’ll turn out when they bloom!
Thanks! I will try to start doing this with other blooms as well.
Yeay! That means more blooms to expect 🙂
Yes many more to come!
This post made me Bee happy 🙂 I love the blooming picture, Carol. As always your macro pictures of flowers are so interesting!
Thank you very much Doc. I thought you all might want to see the before and after.
I enjoyed the before and after shot!
Beautiful flower, thank you for sharing Carol.
Thank you very much. Appreciated.
My rose of Sharon is plagued by white flies that wont let the blooms achieve full size. Do you have similar issues?
No, I have the dreaded Japanese beetles to deal with. Here is a link that might help you…

Your images of flowers are very good on this site.
Thank you so much, how very kind of you to say!
You are very welcome.
I think I do because I have seen most of your flowers posts!
You probably have but many times we forget due to so many posts on here. I thought you all might want to see the before and after on this bloom.
Trying to get a comment posted once again on the correct post…
Apologies, this post was for another link I pulled up but posted here instead.
I don’t remember because I haven’t been around here much….but great photograph 🙂
That is fine, I understand. Good to see you! 🙂
Have a great weekend my friend.
I am glad 🙂 And it’s nice to be back! Hope you have a great weekend too!
I’m so glad to see this flower again. Actually, I did not have a chance to open the post prior to this because I need to concentrate on my tasks in the office and I don’t have access to the internet for some time.
I totally understand Sharon. Thank you for your kind comments and support.
Enjoy your weekend Sharon.
I remember the first post. The result is a stunning flower.
Thanks for remembering, and these are the flowers… and a bee!
What a beautiful flower, dear Carol
Thanks, this flower cam from the bud below the photo taken just two days ago.
Of course I remember those posts and pictures, my dear friend
Just making sure. There are so many to look through here.
