A very dualistic and transactional worldly life always offers choices to address. At certain moments we can assume that we are the ones that determine our lives, as the motivators say, but often it also feels that all we have to choose is something given or offered to us, to be choose from, or to responded wisely or just simply react against all that.
We did choose and decide but still, in the end, it feels that something is pressing the remote button and managing our lives.

I am trying to control my life but unexpected things are happen.
That’s life, and that’s what I mean, there are rulers who play the joystick of our lives so we keep on learning…
Yes, life give us best lessons.
Yes, and it goes on for the rest of our lives.
I am in control of my life, but sometimes some people try to upset your plans in certain ways. But I still fight for my decisions.
Have you ever thought of there is something that clicks the “in control” button of you and “disturbs her” button to move others to upset you?
Oh yes, you are right and I am aware and on guard. Thank you friend
That’s great, my friend. And you’re welcome, LaJenna.
Most of the time I feel in control, sometimes I am not, a work in progress continues.
“The feel” you mention is something unique I think when we consider that something with remote will only do the same thing continuously if someone doesn’t click another button on the remote.
I suspect as always Albert the remote is more than simply a remote. It is the controller to what lies beyond, the window or door we are perhaps afraid to open.
That’s one of things that I’m thinking about, Doc. The remote” has forces us to deal with something or encourage us to learn something, especially in matters related to boundaries, our various fears, abilities, and experiences.
That is an interesting concept – then add in that there are remotes for any specific device and universal remotes that work with many devices. In seeking the universal do we forsake the unique?
Interesting question. I think what we do daily is because something powerful plays the unique remote or joystick or game controller where the game results recorded to be played in the higher level as the universal game.
My remote is broken , and I am trying to repair it
If there is a suitable new remote, whether the same or different brand, which is cheaper and more practical, buy or repair the broke one?
