“Pak Albert, behind all the training material, I feel there are another essences that you want to convey implicitly but very deeply, am I right?”
“Oh, really? What is that? What do you mean?”
“I feel you like saying that some things like love, freedom, creativity, truth, abundance, peace, bliss, conscience, heart instinct, awareness, and soul that should be the driving force of business and work are one and a whole at once.”
“Do you consider it wrong or right?”
“I don’t know. The teachings of religion seem to have a portion of that view, but isn’t that business is about how to make money, whether it’s really for the common good between entrepreneurs, workers, and consumers or most of it for one of them, then how can we say it as an investment for example and not profit? “
“What is man-made that produces wind?”
“A fan”.
What drives ships, and airplanes or move wind turbines?”
“Propeller or fan”
“What keeps your car’s engine stay on its limit of heat?”
“Radiator… Ohh… fan.”
“So, my friend, there is something, something that is either made of steel, plastic or whatever, in any term or name, to produce wind, cool, push or move or make something fly, or generate electricity is the fan or propeller. Please reflect on it.”
“Ehmmm…”
“Building a business or being in a business is not about making money but about knowing, and or being who you really are.”
“Ohhh… Ehmmm…”
“Sorry, religion, education, business, and money are systems or tools to control the crowd while the things you mentioned at the beginning are some that can control them or free us from them”
“Hmmm… Can we talk later in another time soon?”
“Of course, my friend. See you later.”
That was a trivial and brief chat between me and a trainee, yesterday before we separate while we stepped together into the parking building.

My friend, you’re really a philosopher – I’m not completely clear about what’s going on
Thanks, Lado, my friend. Actually, I merely love to contemplate and share it.
It’s really nice and very interesting

Glad to know that the chat above provoking your thoughts, Ellie. May it be useful. Thank you very much, my friend.
Most of the time I feel in control. But other times, not so much.
Living in this civilization, I am, outwardly; Physical, mental, emotional, and social are controlled entirely by external factors with its various devices, both hardware, and software, seen or unseen. I am lucky it did not happen to my spiritual awareness.
Structure is needed but way too much structure is like a cage …
That is my thought are reading … and sometimes its how you see it or your passion that made it a playground or cage.
Imagine you watch and observe your self, playing in the cage with all your mind and emotion, with all knowledge and ignorance, known and unknown. If you can talk to the object of observation, your self, what you will say?
In a sense business is beyond the material but a form of existence. What people do to put food on the table and pay the rent or their way.
Yes, no one lives unto themselves we all need each other.
We need to find our niche to function with others that can click then it is mutual cooperation instead of dictatorship.
In the context of staying and remaining in the existing system, I fully agree with your views, Pamela. Thank you for your thought.
Thanks Albert for the open and frank disscussion
I really appreciate your thoughts, Pamela. I myself am always triggered to shake up the very limited establishment of our (my) thinking.
While I can’t control what happens, I can control how I react to it. In that sense, I am always in control of my life…
In that sense, you are the man with principles, Brother. Well… We’ve ever talked about it
any other form of control is an illusion
It’s true. Just like ignorance that assume the real truth as illusion and nonsense.
Your post always leaves me thinking in a good way. Thank you
That was the first most beautiful appreciation this morning. Thank you, LaJenna.
