There is much discussion of late, both online and in traditional media, of the ethical and environmental impacts of eating various meats. I used to be a big fan of beef, but I have bought it only occasionally in the last year or so, as I have become aware of the huge environmental footprint created by beef farming. Anyway, here’s a couple of questions about your meat-eating habits 🙂

I like beef and pork but I don’t eat frequently.
You don’t eat meat most days? I try to eat less meat, but it is not easy to give up!
Yes. At times financial difficulty is to be blamed. At times, the condition of my stomach. Overall, I can never abstain from eating meat.
Having returned to the states I discovered meat to be rather expensive. I mostly have chicken and make things with ground beef when I can.
I find you can make excellent food from cheaper cuts if you know how (and have time!)
It’s always steak for us especially the sirloin or t-bone.
we have changed our eating habits a lot over the past three years. Actually in the last 8 years even more radically.
(living in the midwest of the US, other than catfish and whitefish fresh fish is really hard to find)
We eat a lot more fish and seafood now than then.
Now we are down to red meat every other week.
Lamb is my favorite though we eat a lot of chicken.
Yes I am really very fond of lamb as well, but I also love venison and good free range chicken 🙂
I love beef, since it have all the 24 essential amino acid which no where found in any other meat or vegetable.
My favorite meat is beef, but I like turkey burgers too, but then chicken I eat a lot of too
Interesting question. I like all kinds of meat. But can also do without meat. Growing up we always had venison in the freezer. And always pork and chicken as well.
… and I love ground beef and sirloin for spaghetti, lasagna and burgers!
Have you ever had goat? It really is delicious in a slow-cooked stew. I pretty much like all meats too, though I’ve recently started avoiding beef for ecological reasons.
Yes, we used to bbq mutton on an open grill for holidays. Very tasty.
