On this last day of 2018, I was strolling through my photo gallery to see what surprises might be there from this year. I came across this purple photo. It was snapped in my yard back in the summer. You never know the things you can find if you look very closely. Nature has a ton to offer all of us. This little bloom was being stepped on it was so tiny. I managed to get a photo. Can you guess what this flower is called?

You could’ve bagged it up and sent it this way. 😉 I, at first thought lantana, but that was not a choice, then, I had to look closely, then I knew. But boy it sure looks like verbena as well. Different flower though.
Looks like bee balm as well. I do know the answer though. 😉
