These are the flowers of a small tree, Albizia julibrissin. It is a tree known as the Silk Tree. It is a tropical tree originating in Asia. The leaves are large in shades of dark green, similar to the leaves of the fern. Now they are in the blooming period. The flowers are pink and form in clusters that look like fine silk threads.
I have enjoyed these pink beauty today in the park.

Beauty flower, my day start with pink
The flowers are similar but the leaves are not the same. I have these flowers in my garden and we have named them ‘powder puff’

I think my neighbor has these trees. Not sure about the blooms, I have not seen them up close but the leaves look the same. Gorgeous!
