don’t worry about the physics part of it here, just look at the pattern and consider which one looks best for a veil. I may be making it black (funeral veil) for the final piece, it isn’t clear yet…
-
which pattern best suits a veil?
-
lilly
-
rose
-
dai
-
nuther
-
They are all beautiful .. which one would best fit the veil but I really don’t know
hard to say if you can’t see the veil in context
It’s hard to decide, my friend
I will attempt to provide some context soon
Maybe it’ll be easier for me then, my friend
I decided on lilly…each is unique
thanks for letting me know
Nuther is my pic! I like this one a lot.
nuther has twice the votes
knowing now who is under the veil, and that it will be blood soaked, not sure it really matters.
not soaking this veil in blood- baby steps…
ok I feel better.
I would select Nuther if that is the case.
you do realize you’re just giving me ideas, right?
i did sadly just realize that. i ordered a searchlight yesterday.
I would go with Dai , thanks
no, I am supposed to thank you
My first preference is the one on the main cover image, purely for aesthetic reasons.
that’s about the only metric you can use here
Rose or dai I guess. Rose may be more funereal if that is the goal. I seemed to déjà vu some Dia de los Muertos veils.
Maybe that was the Grateful Dead and roses.
the grateful dead and roses go together like the blues and islam
Lots of scholarly research talks about what Islam gave the blues. …. then there is this that I just found out about – https://www.dead.net/features/greatest-stories-ever-told/greatest-stories-ever-told-blues-allah
cross discipline can net you some amazing results
I went for Nuther (whatever it means) but that’s what I thought would look best for that kind of occasion.
it is slang for ‘another’
I am all for dai which I guess is similar to the nuther.
they may look similar, but they’re two distinct textures
I went with nuther once again, especially if it might be black, it needs to be thin and a design that doesn’t take over.
good anticipation, because that will be a concern
