While you’re waiting for me to fix the emissives on the bus stop, or whatever that thing is, how about taking the time to tell me which postwork technique you prefer for this piece. Also which background it better…

I like the grainy ones best.
grainy is the standard cyberpunk look and feel
I decided to brute … the background is the city center
thanks for visiting a dystopian future with me
With great pleasure dear friend
someday her ride will show up
thanks for sharing your opinion
yes, I did. and now I am thanking you for your compliance
Great work. I decided to be over-crowded and downtown
you’re a big city girl, I see…
Oversaturated and downtown from this comment. Great job.
I’ve made some fixes since then, I will apply these results…
ooh yeah impressive nice post!

sorry, that was meant to be a reply to CarolDM
All but grainy. ?
Well, grainy gives that sort of comics illustration look, it has its own ‘purpose’.
I like the colors in downtown more, I think it makes the picture warmer and more relaxing.
it is a really nice look, but is it a cyberpunk look? or should I be asking, how can I make it a cyberpunk look?
Big city is probably the most futuristic, but I fear the colder colors might conflict with the girl’s hair. I noticed Grainy makes the pants texture stand out the most. I still prefer the softer filters, but I wonder if experimenting with other sharp filters may help finding the cyberpunk look you want.
I will keep playing around to see what I can come up with
Grainy is my favorite as well. Did my vote take? it never shows it does on my end, but I heard it does show up later. Let me know!
grainy is currently in the lead, so one suspects the poll is working. but yeah, that’s annoying…
Grainy, I guess …
The bg should be less capturing IMO, so I go with big city
more out of focus? less cluttered? could you expand on that?
Hmm… I’ll say I prefer the layout (of the signboards) of the downtown but the screen of the big city (coz the girl on screen is less bright/contrast)…
so basically any downplayed background that doesn’t compete with the foreground?
Grainy, big city here. Great work here. Fabulous!
I see you’re a big city girl as well…
My preferences are for Grain and Center.
thanks for voting in my poll
I prefer Grainy and Downtown, I like the contrast and the background better.
I want it to look like some sprawling megametropolis
you really are close on that. Definitely, has that future state feel with the reality of a huge city.
she might even be in MegaTokyo
MegaTokyo would be interesting. I suspect, having been on the subway in Tokyo it is close to what you have, now.
She is a rebel waiting for the time to give the signal.
Somebody has been keeping up with the dystopian future…
It’s so easy to think about dystopian futures in these times.
and hard to think of anything else. the current excuse for a president makes me think I am trapped in a bad cyberpunk novel…
And badly edited as well. Where have all the english majors gone? …..When will they ever learn……
I went with grainy and downtown. The young lady with the purple hair is good looking.
how dark can a dystopian future be if there are still hot chicks about?
That is a good question since I am not that familiar with dystopian stories.
the answer is, every cloud has a silver lining. and the silver lining is usually hot chicks…
Hot looking females get my attention as well.
Awesome artwork. Grainy and downtown work for me.
Classic cyberpunk for you?
