I moved to Indiana when I was around 6 years old. I was a fan of this race the next year. I love the Indianapolis 500!

Video of the first race 109 years ago!
I still watch the 500 every year. I am jonesing now, since the month of May passed with no race. But the reality is there will eventually be a race. Better in these days to be safe than sorry!!!!
Sharing is Caring is today’s mashup and i am sharing the very first post of Andre!

Anyone can join the just for fun mashup challenge. Just post a fun video, and then add a second challenge. Today the second challenge is the Sharing is Caring challenge!

??”Mashup”??
It takes some lateral thinking of the first order to work out what you mean sometimes.
You want us to throw a sweet potato into the mix then too, or bury a couple in our own backyards, to grow some for ourselves, to share the produce produced with our neighbors too?
For any others just as dumb here as me, the Dunce.
What do you mean by mashup?
A mashup (computer industry jargon), in web development, is a web page or web application that uses content from more than one source to create a single new service displayed in a single graphical interface. … Mashups can be considered to have an active role in the evolution of social software and Web 2.0.
Mashup (web application hybrid) – Wikipedia
Mashup (music)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A mashup (also mesh, mash up, mash-up, blend, or bootleg is a creative work, usually in a form of a song, created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs, usually by superimposing the vocal track of one song seamlessly over the instrumental track of another, increasing the tempo and pitch while adding or reducing gaps to make it flow.
To the extent that such works are “transformative” of original content, in the United States they may find protection from copyright claims under the “fair use” doctrine of copyright law.

So, I was wrong about the potatoes, oh well, I need more training in lateral thinking, I suppose.
Training ourselves to see the world is sometimes harder than we think.
a mashup is combing two or more challenges in a single post. Normally it is challenge is one post. A mashup is two challenges or more and one post.
Ha, ha. Most of your replies to me are challenges, so I have to mashup the reply, by adding two challenges back to your one…lol…
But, I like to be challenged, and you always challenge in a non-competitive way, one that stretches both participants, more like a rope pull (a tug of war), than a boxing match.
i like the chance to think to configure and dream. i truly enjoy the challenges you present here on and MyLot!
Thanks, l like to challenge myself too.
i suspect we have to do so every day. The path to understanding does not lie in the land of no questions and few challenges! It lies in the heart of questions and the pushing of challenges!
mashup is an Ellie creation, where you combine two or more challenges!
Do we really need challenges, or not, though?
My answer:
The life of experience needs to challenge itself to become continuously a better vehicle, but God and our soul do not need challenge, as the love in them shines fully without needing challenges to increase its loving.
i walked 15 miles on Friday. At the end of that day, i had to solve an issue with something in the house. Instead of collapsing exhausted on the couch instead I focused on the problem.
Yes, challenges bind us to the now!
We have a similar challenge here.
We are not allowed to move more than 5 kilometres from our home, so to make 15 miles, how many laps of our own house would that have to be…lol…??
Covid challenges are binding us to our houses, that is our now for now.
my path that I created doesn’t go in a straight line, I was never more than 5km from my house and yet was able to walk 15 miles.
the will to find the path that both works and fits is great!
Thanks for sharing. I have always enjoyed Andre’s posts,
sharing is caring – I love the challenge and the name. Similar to the one carol did 5 months ago when she got blasted.
