I have shared many photos of my backyard birds. They are all my favorites. Feeding them and keeping the bird bath changed are all that is required for most.
I tried making this a quiz, with true and false answers but after an hour, I gave up. So I will give you the answer after some guesses have been made.

I am not familiar with your bird species, as I live in New Zealand but it looks like it has the personality of a Cardinal! However, it could be something else.

I had a heck of a time one time trying to find out what this bird was called, it looked like a cardinal but was silver grey with just a blush of red. It was the desert cardinal. Yes, they all have red! I like mockingbirds too, but they just arent as pretty!
No, mockingbirds are known for their voices. They can literally mock any bird.
