Hands behind the back with palms together, spine flexibility, and knee joint but I also have one from my younger days that occasionally I still try out and that is laying down on the floor and then putting my arms and hands back and pushing myself with hands and feet up off the floor so that it looks like a created a bridge out of my body. When I can no longer do that I will know its time to quit.
