I think you all know how I love walking. So I decided to add to the challenge of the Color Crazy Challenges 2019 image I made during my walk. I think you will understand why I like to walk between fields and meadows. This wonderful sight keeps me going all the way. I’m very happy that I have such a beautiful landscape a few meters from my home.

What a gorgeous view of your walk, love the snow capped mountains in the back too. 🙂
I agree, Kim. It is difficult to describe the feelings of which I have during a walk with words ?
That does seem to be the hardest part for me as well. The words… At least we have the pictures that tell the real story.
we are lucky to live close to fields now. so it’s fun to walk in the afternoon
Yes, some of us are lucky to enjoy nature.
well the heat here is really to the max but well we manage anyway.
There is also a calendar winter in our country
Yes, I love walking and love fields and meadows. I don’t think we use the term “Meadows” in New Zealand but fields we do.
I would do but my husband cant walk far.
I understand you, Pamela. Me and my husband can still walk without a problem.
I used to walk my late dogs on the levee that separated Jefferson and Orleans Parishes in what is called the 17th Street Canal before I moved to Lake Charles.
Your neighborhood must also be beautiful. Especially if the water is nearby
The Lake Charles neighborhood is nice with a playground across the street and a basketball court nearby.
when I was growing up there were fields and meadows everywhere. they’re all strip malls now…
We also have fewer fields and meadows
Yes I walk at our local state park. Lovely photo.
Even in the park, the walk can be nice
They are lovely views. I wish I lived there. I love walking, yes. Alas, I do not live near fields or meadows. I wish I did though.
Maybe you will meet the desire and you will once live in the countryside ?
Beautiful view!
Unfortunately I like in a small country that is mainly concretes and metals …
But I do have a park within walking distance 🙂
We are different people. One likes cities and other countryside ?
Great idea and a lovely photo. Yes I am also lucky to live in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by fields and hills and forests 🙂 But what are those wooden structures?
Thank you, Norman. This wooden construction is a hayrack. The hayrack is typical for Slovenia and was sometimes used by farmers to drying grass, cereals, etc. Today, farmers hayracks no longer used.
Thanks for explaining, Vida. Here, the farmers used to just make small haystacks. I don;t know how they ever dried out, since we have such a wet climate!
what a great idea adding your walks to the challenge!!!
Thank you, Doc. In this way I can show part of my country
That is awesome! I am not good about remembering to take my camera on our daily walk, although I have to say they tend to be pretty boring.
Walking is more interesting because I watch what to photograph.
I really need to start taking pictures on walks. I don’t, for lots of reasons mostly because I am often on my phone and don’t carry my camera!
This is a really beautiful picture and a wonderful view my friend
Thank you, Lado. My country is beautiful
I know very well that she is really beautiful
