Sharing a cookie with cream cheese filling. Very easy peasy to make. Just bake up your favorite cookies. Then add a cream cheese filling. It also works with a can of cream cheese ready to spread frosting. Makes it easier to spread. Or you could mix it up a bit. Use a different flavor. Caramel, butter cream, whatever you like. I don’t think any flavor would matter, just use your favorite. Cream cheese is always my go to.
Then enjoy the sweetness. And yes these cookies are packed with sugar and they are not healthy. But as I always say, everything is good in moderation. Eating is no exception. Moderation is the key… I am repeating.

They are so good. And much bigger than the cream pies you buy already made.
I have made filled cookies but not with cream cheese. Yum!
Cream cheese is good with anything, even a spoon. 🙂
