CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Chocolate mousse has very few ingredients so it’s important to use the best quality chocolate, its flavor will shine through. I like my mousse with a darker chocolate flavor, so I use bittersweet chocolate. You can use whatever you prefer. The main thing is to enjoy!

ok so I have been 3 feet from a mouse. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this dessert is called a chocolate mouse. It doesn’t even look like Bullwinkle!

I have loved chocolate mousse since I was little and when I was little I always forgot the real name of this dessert and if we were eating out I asked mom to get me some chocolate mouse lol
