Sharing a dessert from last year at a local Mexican restaurant. A favorite of mine now. Fried cheesecake.
I never thought to look at the dessert menu while eating Mexican food. Look at what I have been missing out on.
This dessert is absolutely delicious.
Had to share in case some of you are not familiar. You should try to find these the next time you go out to eat Mexican food.
It will be awhile before I will enjoy these indoor dining meals. But maybe soon the world will settle down so we can all have a peaceful life.

I’ve never noticed that on the menu but then again I rarely look at desserts at a Mexican restaurant. I’ll be looking next time! (And give it a try!)
Now that looks very dangerous. I’d have to ante up my run mileage the following day
I will be looking this up now; it’ll give me another reason to visit a Mexican restaurant

I love cheesecake but I have not seen a fried cheesecake here. It sounds delicious.
The only place I have seen it was at the Mexican restaurants. Very good.
I’ve already visited a Mexican restaurant but didn’t notice this dessert.
