we were drying water
never sure what would come from
the dried water
but drying it none the less
standing over the clear fluid with
poles and hair dryers
careful not to drop them in the fluid
resulting in a shocking end to the day.
But we do not know if in fact there
is salt in the water,
on the water
or near the water.
As we seek to dry water
on the dock
by the bay.

I do research, study the matter, investigate my options and proceed to fulfill my goal to succeed.
so do I, just doesn’t always work!
I always tell my children whenever they give up on first and second tries, “Oh, good, now you have 1999 more to go!” 😀 😀 “:-D They know about Albert Einstein’s or Thomas Edison’s experiments and inventions.
sometimes we have to try things differently. But I do agree with the old adage
if at first, you don’t succeed
try
try again!

I’ve done a lot of things. Some successful. Others have failed. But what to do? These are normal processes in life.
they are sometimes you are right.
I have embarked on so many projects without know if I would make the cut, thankfully I have almost always found the salt for the seasoning.

I think we all face a challenge in life and we don’t know how it will end. That’s life.

i am sure it comes through, as I said a very dark time I don’t often talk about.
There are many times in my life I accepted a challenge, a new job and never knowing how it would work, but I took the chance. It usually paid off.
when I wrote this I was really struggling. i survived!
Isn’t that just life? You don’t really know if you will succeed or fail?
it might in fact be, in the case of the poem that is part of what I was considering!
