Sharing a photo from my archives. I have several of these spinners I put out on my deck in the summer. They are cool when the wind spins them around. They are a 3D spinner. I need to take a video this year when the wind makes it spin. Very cool to see. The blue is my favorite.

i love these, we put similar things out around the house in the spring.
I have this one and a red hummingbird that is cool to watch in the wind.
we have one that has chimes and streamers. It is in the garage right now!
My neighbor always had chimes that I loved. I only like a certain sound, a deep sound, sort of like church bells. And she had one. After she died her daughter took it and now I am looking for one.
ours are a little higher and they make a light noise in the wind. We don’t have them in a place where the wind blows all the time.
my wife have many decoration piece, she use it according to the season

You could hang something like this on a porch or balcony.

These could be used on a balcony or a porch as well. That is where I have mine, on the deck.
