Silver Spotted Skipper Butterfly

Sharing a photo from Dustin’s garden. I have tow butterfly bushes. And they have tons of visitors this time of year.

This beauty is called a silver spotted skipper. A little different markings than many I see. He seemed to pose for his photo. It is such a peaceful feeling to see butterflies in the garden.

Enjoying the little things in Dustin’s garden. Nature is very healing and therapeutic.

  1. I have a friend who talks about butterflies as a connection. They, in the beginning, damage the garden by eating and consuming the plants as caterpillars. But then, they return to bring the gardener delight in seeing the beauty!
