Moisturizing the skin with oils is a millennial practice that is back in fashion and naturals are always the best option and it seems that avocado can be an excellent ally of our skin.
Three advantages to the skin:
1. Easily absorbed through the skin – It is thanks to the fatty acid that skin penetration is facilitated. Avocado oil has more than 60% of that acid than coconut oil.
2. Naturally brighter skin – Avocado oil consists of chlorophyll, which helps to give even the most sensitive skin a shiny appearance.
3. It’s Natural and Eco-Friendly – If you’re looking for natural beauty products that help reduce your carbon footprint on the planet, avocado oil is a great option. In addition to the ecological substances in this oil, fruit production is more sustainable than coconut production.

Advocado is a great food and oil…
I have tried different oils, but for some reason oils don’t work very well on my skin even though I have dry skin.
You might need a lotion or cream instead, sissy @ellie925.

It is expensive if compared to olive oil.
