4. Easter is a very beautiful holiday, and we also have the tradition of hiding eggs. Children are having a lot of fun.

5. Great Easter memories. We always had the egg hunts outside unless it was raining. And somebody would always hide an egg in the car’s gas tank. Yep, same as the lawnmower. You could smell it for days. And I love egg salad sandwiches.

6. I remember at times when my daughters had to hunt Easter eggs in the snow lol. Great photos!

       • Our Easter celebration is very similar. We do ham, decorate and hide eggs. Not as much with the eggs now, the kids are too old!

8. This year I will paint a little eggs. The grandchildren are away. We use rational eggs. Put them in lettuce salad.

9. I love egg salad sandwich too mainly because it does not require e=mc2 to prepare ??. When I was a kid, what I remember is not egg-hunting on Easter Sunday but somebody was always cooking some medicinal herbs or I dunno what else gathered during Good Friday. Uhm, to ward off illnesses, ghosts and bad entities ?

     • Hahahahaha! Yeah. It is a tradition common to people who practice healing. Herbs and plants used in such concoction can only be harvested at certain time of the year. I dunno why. Never took interest in certain stuff. ?
