Kopaonik is a wonderful mountain. It is located in the central part of Serbia. The highest point is Pančić’s peak – 2017m.

There is the largest ski center. Skiers can use 62 km of trails and ski trails arranged for alpine and Nordic skiing. There are also night-skiing trails. For the youngest skiers and all other beginners, there are two safe space with moving lanes. It makes it easier to ski. All the trails are connected by a cable car system and ski lifts. Kopaonik also has a well-equipped snow park. Various competitions are organized here.

Kopaonik is well connected with the main roads of Serbia.The nearest airport is “Konstantin Veliki” in Nis.

The Kopaonik mountain is especially beautiful due to the forests (spruce and fir) on higher elevations and mixed beech and oak forests, ponds and meadows and prominent peaks from which views of the Shar mountains, Komovi and the Old Mountains.

The truth is that I am terrified of snow-covered mountains. They are beautiful, majestic and terrifying. I would rather just see photographs. The photos you supplied for this post are lovely.

Can Weather get really dangerous there? It seems one can have though lots of fun.
So far, there have been no major problems..There is plenty of fun and there are mostly young people there.Who once goes there … always come back again.
