I love shooting the moon with either leaves from tree tops or with clouds… Posed with these, a full moon often takes on a more poetic appearance. Sometimes I think a slightly cloudy night makes for a better shot than a clear night sky. And a waxing or waning moon projects more character than a full clear moon.
