Saturday's Critters – Jetty at Rotorua

I drove yesterday down from Auckland to Rotorua and these pictures are taken from near where we are staying, right by the Lake in Rotorua

The Thumbnail is a Seagull flying near the Jetty.

There is a great Nova (US public broadcasting science show) special called Bird-Brians. It talks about the fact that birds are much smarter than we think.

As always your love of these majestic creatures comes through in your pictures!!!!

This is really good artwork – The pier photo is quietly amazing. Atmospheric perspective and the water – those grays are gorgeous. The reflection !! Its got great stuff.
