Part 2: My Weight-Loss Journey While Taking Attain

Part one of this series is found here, and explains more about the Attain weight-loss powder.

This wonder powder as I call it has helped me stop craving things like the foods here on this image. I have dropped about 5 pounds, and I am thrilled. I am not losing weight too fast, just about right.

I can still eat breads and pastas, but when I do eat them I can control the amount very easily. I had a shake for breakfast with a banana. Then, I had a bowl of Special K for lunch. Now, for Dinner I thought I would eat more than I did, but, I was satisfied sooner than I thought I would.

My dinner was:

Half a pork steak, and a salad with goat cheese and carrots on it. It was a nice size salad. I had a whole pork steak on my plate, but I was too full to eat it all. It wouldn’t have hurt me if I would have eaten it.

Using Attain to help me meet my weigh-loss goals is not about dieting, it is about eating sensible, and keep junk food craving away. I can resist temptation now!

    • Thank you tiada. Attain helps the temptation a lot. I only ate 2 small pieces of pizza last night for supper and I was real hungry. I felt full and it was easy to stop.
