I have been trying to eat healthier as many of you know. I fixed this for dinner yesterday.
I put chicken in an iron skillet, and when it was almost finished, I put avocados, spinach, cooked carrots, and diced up died apricots in it. Then, I chopped up steamed cauliflower, added spinach, cooked carrots, avocado, and made a sauce for it to mix it into the vegetables. Enjoy!
I feel I am not on a diet, but feel I am just eating healthy.
The sauce is mayo, mustard, a little tomato basil salad dressing.
