Many of my viewers know I have started eating differently. I am trying to stick to the Keto way of life. I have eaten high protein, and low carbs years ago, but didn’t know it could be called Keto dieting. I am still learning a lot about this way of eating, and I like it.
This is what I ate for supper today. I put two sausages one my plate with sloppy-Joes on top of them, but could only finish one of them. I also added cheese on each one of the sausages. I also added some snap peas to my meal. I am finding out that when I eliminate carbs from my meals, I am less likely to overeat.
As I grow older, I find it harder to lose weight, but eating the Keto way, along with exercise is giving hope once again, that I can lose weight, and look, and feel younger.
On the one diet I was on before, I could eat pasta, but then could not have meat, or cheese with it. The Keto way is similar, but different. I am learning as I go every day. Thank you all for your support. I need all my friends to encourage me to become, and, stay a slimmer healthier me.
