I don’t think this counts for the challenge introduced by LaJenna. I don’t do pictures. I was inspired by her challenge and Rex’s information about pineapple. I hunted up this recipe online and it is cooking right now. It smells great. I cut the ginger root in 1/2 because it’s not a favorite, but I can slip a little in. I used a couple thighs and one breast.
Is it good? Well I am not sure yet. However, I didn’t make lunch today so my guess is that if it is hot and ready they will eat it and say “it’s fine”. In fact, I think that is what they say most often. (I wonder if they really like anything I cook?)

It was actually pretty tasty. It is something I would consider making again.
Do yo have a camera or a phone that takes photos? If so, you should give it a try, it is not difficult at all to snap a photo here and there.
I don’t own a camera and my brother doesn’t share. It’s all good.
