A friend has this cake once and I got the recipe. It is absolutely delicious.
I don’t usually eat pineapple but this is using crushed pineapple so it is not a strong taste.
But is is so moist and the cream cheese and pecan frosting makes it a treat.
This cake goes perfect with a cup of coffee.
OH I want of this, right now would be really good.

I’ve been on the Keto diet since January 15th, unfortunately I can’t eat that kind of thing. The photo is very successful.
