Here is Saturday’s meal with roasted lamb shanks, potatoes, Pumpkin, and Kumara.
I roasted in water and cover the roast with fresh Rosemary from the garden. Served with freshly made mint sauce. I use fresh garden mint, cider vinegar and some raw sugar stirred in boiling water. Later on the garden stevia can replace sugar for diabetics
Followed by freshly made apple pie I make with puff pastry and chopped fresh apple and cinnamon.
Served with fresh spinach and fresh broccoli from the garden.
I haven’t had lamb or gyros in quite some time. I need to change that.
Thanks Ahol, its very easy to cook…
