1. That halo is a big WOW!!! Never seen one altho I like taking photos of the sky in the same manner I like watching the sky – – – clouds, the blue, the space, the nothingness. The moon, too, in any phase.

   • That halo had photogs and amateurs scrambling to get the best shot. They even had this shot over the ocean on the nightly news.

2. Great pictures all blue and bright. It is great to live where you are but I really like where I am right now too. Yesterday was cloudy all day and cold with a grand snowstorm of about 15 centimeters. I just love this weather. You should come here and try it out and not just in your mountains but here in Canada. Bring your parka, gloves or mitts and wool hat. You would take some beautiful pictures of all white stuff covering everything. Just kidding…

   • Oh boy, lol. Thank you, I would have to visit Canada in the summertime. I get cold and put on a jacket or long sleeves when the temp dips to 70 degrees.

     • Oh I guess you would not like it here at all then because two days ago it was -31 degrees Fahrenheit here or -35 centigrades. It was cold yes but if you bundle up well it is very tolerable and breathable compared to smog and summer humidity.

3. Did you edit the first one? The Halo one looks so perfect I thought it must have been edited.

   • That is straight out of the camera, I cropped the left side because I had the roof in it, and it didnt need to be.

7. I don’t watch the clouds often but when I do, they usually surprise me!
