Everybody has to have a little rain in their lives. And the sky is so beautiful after it is all gone. One thing is always for sure. The sun will shine again. The birds will sing. Acceptance begins. Life goes on. Enjoy the moments.

Amazing sunset, that’s gorgeous!!
Thank you Courtney, I appreciate your comments.
Very true, and what a stunning photo of your view!
Thank you so much Kim, it was beautiful view.
That is a beautiful response to what’s been happening in your life. It is so tough to lose a close friend, as you just have. You have lost too many you love and experienced the clouds and the rain and some darkness. Yet you have learned the sun will shine again and that you will get past it again. May God comfort you as you move ahead with life.
Your words always hit home Barbara, you actually get it. Thank you for that. I have had to make the decision to sink or swim, I am swimming. I am a survivor. Appreciate you my friend.
That’s one thing I love about you. You know we can choose our responses to the hard things in life and you choose to swim.
I debated for a long time about it, but made the right choice.
Lovely post. Beautiful picture.
Thank you Pamela. Have a great day.
Beautiful. More than the picture which is refreshing I like your philosophical poetry. It’s like fresh baked bread in the morning.
Thank you Bradley, I tried to weave in my pain and grief and not take away from the beauty of the sunset.
I did a piece several years ago entitled “Rainbows Come Only After the Storm” which seems to share a similar sentiment…
Thant fits perfectly Alex. We all have to withstand a little rain if we want that rainbow.
My father always told me that adversity builds character. He was right, but it was a piss poor motivator at the time…
Your father is a wise man. We hear that advice at usually an age we don’t want to hear any advice but later the picture starts to get clearer.
Yeah, there were a lot of things he tried to tell me that would’ve saved be a world of trouble but I just couldn’t wrap my head around it at the time…
I think we have all been there.
The rain washed nature. And then she shows her beautiful beauties.
Yes indeed and the same goes for our souls my friend.
Wow! Great photography!

Stunning capture! Sometimes the most gorgeous sunsets happen after the rain.
Thanks ellie. This also pertains to the rain of my friend’s loss. All the tears.
