The workout

It really feels good to get back in the gym this weekend.  I wanted to get something in at the gym because most likely the following day I will be working out outside being that the temperatures will be in the fifties which I highly anticipate. With an All Elite Wrestling event this evening and the possibility of me eating something that I shouldn’t be eating, hehe, I wanted to get a good abdominal workout in beforehand, so that I have no regrets when I am indulging to what ever that meal may be at either the arena or outside of the arena.

Workouts:

  • 10.45 mile bike ride
  • 40 mountain climbers
  • 30 knee raises
  • 20 push ups
  • 30 knee raises
  • 50 sit ups
  • 20 knee to elbow crunches
  • 20 pull ups
  • 20 knee to elbow crunches

I have to say that I enjoyed the pull up portion of this workout regime because it left me winded in-between both sets of my knee to elbow crunches. I did myself a favor also by adding the foam roller near end of my entire workout because it felt very good on my back.

    • Thank you Maria. I’m going to try to squeeze in a few during the week because the weather will be nice outside. It’s just a hassle trying make it to a gym miles away cutting into my sleep schedule in between overnight work shift.

      I do have the interests in purchasing either a treadmill or a stationary bike
